With a 2 day 1 night experience on a 5* yacht, all Sotec employees were able to enjoy the breathtaking beauty of Ha Long Bay, enjoy local specialties, and freely kayak. Explore the wild scenery at Luon cave, Sung Sot cave as well as sightseeing, swimming at Titop island, playing golf… and many other exciting activities.
Each trip together is a valuable experience that is not easy to have when the nature of the Company’s work is that members work on different projects, even different regions. Therefore, with any opportunity to gather, all members make the most of it to be closer to each other, understand each other better and bond with each other more. That is also what the program aims to achieve.
The great success of the program is the motivation for the Company to maintain and further promote these annual activities, considering it as one of the core welfare policies for all employees.
