On the afternoon of January 19, 2024, SOTEC Trade Union successfully organized the 2024 running tournament at Astronomy Park, Ha Dong, Hanoi with the theme “RUN FOR SAFETY” with the participation of all employees. work at Hanoi Office.
The activity is part of a series of activities to respond and celebrate the 15th anniversary of the Company’s founding (January 20, 2009 – January 20, 2024) with the goals of spreading and promoting the movement of actively exercising. education, sports, improving health, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, discovering one’s own limits; creating a healthy and positive playground for employees to have the opportunity to interact, meet, and enhance the spirit of solidarity and attachment under the common roof of SOTEC.
Through the race, the organizers want to convey the message of Safety : “THINK SAFE – WORK SAFE – HOME SAFE” to all employees of the Company. Accordingly, each participating employee is a messenger, together spreading meaningful messages about safety to increase safety awareness anytime, anywhere, in labor, construction, traffic, and daily life. . This is also the culture that the Company always aims for and maintains throughout its existence and development.
The running race had the full participation of the Company’s Board of Directors, including Chairman of the Board of Directors Nguyen Van Toai. His participation as well as the Board of Directors further motivated all employees to successfully complete their 5km run.
All participating employees received medals from the Organizing Committee to encourage their efforts to win and complete the set running route.
Although it was the first time it was organized, the run received an enthusiastic and positive response from the staff. This will be the motivation for SOTEC to continue implementing more similar useful, healthy and meaningful activities in the future.
