In 2 days, from 18 to 19/01/2025, SOTEC members gathered to close 2024 together with a meaningful and emotional Year End Party 2024. This is not only an opportunity to look back on the past journey, but also an opportunity for all employees to connect, share and look forward to a new year full of excitement.
The warm-up for the program is extremely exciting sports activities such as SOTEC Football Cup and Table Tennis Tournament. The dramatic football matches and thrilling matches on the football table showed enthusiasm, solidarity and sportsmanship of the members.
On the afternoon of January 19, the official party took place in a cozy and luxurious atmosphere. The members together looked back on the past journey with memorable milestones, outstanding achievements and continuous efforts of the SOTEC team.
Also on this occasion, the Board of Directors honored the employees with 10 years of seniority with the Company, appreciating and acknowledging their important companionship and dedication to the company’s development. In addition, BOD also awarded certificates of merit to employees who have achieved excellent achievements in 2024 in recognition of their efforts in the past year and encouraged employees to continue to make more efforts to achieve the Company’s goals as well as self-development goals.

The highlight of the program is the extremely thrilling, attractive but no less humorous MISTER SOTEC 2024. All Sotec misters were able to catwalk on the gorgeous stage for the first time in SOTEC uniforms, which brought endless laughter to the party.
The Year End Party 2024 program took place successfully, leaving many memorable moments in the hearts of each SOTEC member. Smiles, hugs, applause and shared eyes are the clearest proof of the bond between members of the common family.
