From 31/5 to 02/06/2024, the SOTEC family had a meaningful summer trip combined with teambuilding at Cua Lo beach, Nghe An. This is not only an opportunity for employees to rest and regenerate energy, but also an opportunity to connect teamwork, spread the strength of solidarity – a factor that is always upheld and maintained by SOTEC.
The journey of 3 days and 2 nights is full of laughter and teamwork, with a series of exciting activities:
🏃 ♂️ SOTEC Run For Solidarity 2024 – Race for the spirit of solidarity: Regardless of location or age, everyone is in harmony on the coastal road, spreading positive energy and unity.
🌊 Beach teambuilding: Creative, challenging team games have blurred all distances, helping members understand each other better, coordinate better and work together towards a common goal.
🎉 Gala Dinner: A colorful festival night with music, laughter, talented performances of “homegrown” and awards to honor outstanding individuals and collectives.
The trip is over, but the spirit of connection is still there. SOTEC believes that, with solidarity – sharing and consensus from each member, we will continue to conquer new heights together.
